Warranty Validation & Maintenance Expectations

To preserve the validity of your 3-year coverage, instruments must be maintained and operated according to standard professional medical guidelines:

  1. Intended Surgical Purpose Only: The warranty applies exclusively to instruments utilized for their designated medical, surgical, or orthopedic functions.
  2. Decontamination Protocol: Instruments must be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized immediately following a clinical procedure using proper hospital-grade, non-corrosive disinfectants (such as enzymatic cleaners).
  3. Proper Storage Environment: Store all tools in a clean, climate-controlled, and completely dry environment to actively eliminate the risk of oxidation, rust, and premature structural pitting.
  4. Exclusions from Coverage: This warranty does not cover expected "fair wear and tear" under ordinary long-term use. Dropped tips, bluntness resulting from heavy usage, unapproved third-party sharpening, or unauthorized structural modifications will void the protection policy.
